AI Is Changing the Legal Profession. I Am Here to Turn It Into Your Greatest Professional Asset.
I am Sigal Meged Rosen. A lawyer for nearly 30 years, including 17 years managing legal departments at technology companies. Founder and leader of the Legal Ops and AI Forum at ACC. Hundreds of lawyers have learned with me how to make AI their professional advantage in legal practice - and now it is your turn. Join me.

Where It All Began
Efficiency has always driven me.
Twenty years ago - long before anyone was talking about legal technology or artificial intelligence - while others were managing their work through folders and email chains, my team and I had already built a fully indexed contract archive and introduced a structured 'Legal Services Request' form that captured everything needed to action a task in one go. No back-and-forth. No repeated emails. Just clear, efficient process.
This was never about being a technology enthusiast. It was about a practical question I kept asking myself: how do we achieve more with the same resources, serve our internal clients better, and free the team to focus on the work that truly matters?
My Legal Career
I began my career at a boutique law firm, but quickly realised that what I wanted was to be inside a business - a genuine strategic partner to the people building it.
Over the past 17 years I have managed legal departments at technology, defense, and high-tech companies. In that time I have:
-
Led complex cross-border negotiations with Fortune 500 companies, government ministries, and major defense contractors on commercial deals, M&A transactions, and investment agreements reaching tens of millions of dollars.
-
Managed sophisticated litigation across multiple jurisdictions, including proceedings running simultaneously on several continents.
-
Built and implemented global compliance programs covering privacy, anti-bribery, and ethics - including training and rollout across entire organisations.
Throughout all of it, I worked closely with senior leadership with one consistent goal: delivering legal solutions that enable the business to grow.
The Move Into Legal Tech and AI - A Natural Next Step
In 2019, I wanted to raise awareness among in-house lawyers about the emerging world of legal technology. So I founded the Legal Ops and Innovation Forum at ACC - and built a community of legal professionals committed to learning, sharing, and staying ahead.
A few years later, within my own legal department, I implemented an AI-powered contract management system. I did not bring in a consultant to handle it. My team and I did it ourselves - building cross-functional workflows, integrating the system with existing platforms, and driving adoption from the inside. We learned what works and what does not. We developed automated document generation processes that saved hours of work every week and significantly improved accuracy. It worked. Genuinely and measurably worked.
When the generative AI revolution broke in 2023, I recognised it immediately as a turning point every lawyer needed to understand. I expanded the forum to include this new frontier, launched courses, webinars, and conferences, and began delivering practical AI workshops to lawyers.
What I Do Today
Having seen first-hand what is possible, I felt a clear responsibility to share it.
Today I lead the AI Forum for Legal Counsel at ACC - a community of more than 700 in-house lawyers who share knowledge, explore tools, and learn together. I developed and led the AI 360 course - a comprehensive program covering all aspects of AI in legal practice - attended by more than 150 in-house counsel.
I deliver practical, hands-on workshops to lawyers - built around live exercises on real legal tasks, not lectures. And I developed the 5 Golden Rules of Prompt Engineering for Lawyers - a proprietary methodology that gives legal professionals a reliable, repeatable framework for working with AI effectively every time.
Why Work With Me?
Because I bring something rare: I am a practising lawyer who has implemented AI from the inside - not a technologist explaining law, and not a lawyer who read about AI.
I have lived the full journey. The strategic decisions, the implementation challenges, the breakthroughs. I understand the professional questions you are carrying - around confidentiality, ethics, accuracy, and responsibility - because I have worked through them myself.
My experience spans not just using AI tools, but building the processes, integrations, and training programs that make adoption real and lasting.
What Matters to Me
That every person who works with me leaves with something genuinely practical - not just knowledge, but real capability they can apply the very next morning.
That you feel confident and informed: clear on what AI can do, how to use it responsibly, how to maintain professional standards, and how to recognise its limitations.
And above all - that you understand what AI is truly here for. Not to replace you. To elevate you. To give you back the time and space to do what only you can do, at the highest level.
